Deborah Risa, NP-C, and Katherine O’Toole, NP-C, have joined Goshen Physicians Sleep & Allergy Medicine. The nurse practitioners diagnose and treat adults and teenagers with sleep-disordered breathing, allergies and asthma.

Previously, Risa and O’Toole were associated with the Sneeze & Snooze Clinic, which Goshen Physicians purchased in July 2022. They continue to manage care for patients with sleep problems, such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy and sleep related movement disorders.

"Sleep quality plays an important role in heart health and can affect our overall well-being," said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health President and Chief Executive Officer. “Debbie and Katy’s transition to our Sleep & Allergy Medicine practice allows us to maintain continuity of care with patients and help them get the sleep they need.”

Risa received a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. O’Toole also earned a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College.
