In July, Goshen Health presented the Gardener Award to Sandra Sullivan, Front Office Coordinator at the Goshen Wound & Hyperbaric Center.

The Gardener Award recognizes the exceptional contributions of Colleagues in helping the organization fulfill its mission of improving the health of the community by providing innovative and outstanding care.

Sullivan was nominated by Diane and Roger Kollat, who said, “She’s always prompt – very friendly. She smiles and is accommodating to our comfort and admission, scheduling and exit. She makes a great first impression when you walk in or wheel in, no matter how much discomfort you may be feeling.”

“I remember the day Roger asked to speak to me. Frequently, requests to ‘speak with the director’ are related to a less than a stellar experience. But this was different. He wanted me to know what this Colleague meant to them. He was so appreciative of the care Sandy gave him and his wife. He spoke of her kindness and that she’s so very welcoming,” said Robyn Radford, Director at Goshen Wound & Hyperbaric Center. “Sandy is just a joy to work with, and we are so very blessed to have her.”
