Outpatient and Physician Billing
Your hospital bill includes only hospital charges and, when applicable, will be combined with a Goshen Physician bill. On your statement, these charges will be listed separately. If you receive services at Goshen Ambulatory Surgery Center, those charges are billed separately and may come as a different bill.
You may receive a separate bill from for other services such as radiology, laboratory and pathology services.
Professional services provided by physicians who are not employed by Goshen Health are billed separately. You may receive separate bills from the emergency department provider, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist (if tissue samples are examined) and radiologist (if X-rays are taken). These physicians are not employees of the Goshen Health System.
