- Overcome plateaus and transition off GLP-1 safely
How It Works
GLP-101 Starter Workshop
- Duration: 1 hour
- Frequency: Offered weekly
Workshop Series
- Topics:
- GLP-1 medication basics and managing plateaus
- Nutrition: What to Eat, fluids, protein needs, and foods to avoid
- Side effect management for nausea, bloating and more
- Protein supplements and vitamins
- Healthy lifestyle habits and exercise tips such as resistance training and muscle goals
Cost
The cost is approximately $50 per class for self-pay and will begin June 1, 2026 on every Monday at 5:30 pm and Friday at noon.
