GLP-1 Lifestyle Workshop

Why Choose GLP-1 Lifestyle Workshops?

Our workshops give you more than information. They offer practical tools and ongoing support to help you succeed. You will learn strategies tailored to your medication plan, get guidance on nutrition and exercise and have a team cheering you on every step of the way.

Get the tools and support you need to succeed on GLP-1 medication from expert dietitians.

GLP-1 medications can help with weight management and metabolic health, but they work best when paired with healthy habits. Our GLP-1 Lifestyle Workshops give you practical strategies for nutrition, exercise and managing side effects, so you can feel your best.

Classes are held in-person at Goshen Hospital and are currently only being offered to Goshen Physicians patients through a referral from their primary care doctor.
