These workshops are led by a Goshen Health dietitian and are made just for people looking to learn more about how to lose weight with GLP-1. You’ll learn simple, healthy habits to support weight loss, manage side effects and achieve lasting results.

Program Overview

Our workshops are designed to help you:

  • Learn what to eat and what to avoid while taking GLP-1
  • Manage common side effects
  • Build strength through exercise
  • Overcome plateaus and transition off GLP-1 safely

How It Works

GLP-101 Starter Workshop

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Frequency: Offered weekly

Workshop Series

  • Topics:
    • GLP-1 medication basics and managing plateaus
    • Nutrition: What to Eat, fluids, protein needs, and foods to avoid
    • Side effect management for nausea, bloating and more
    • Protein supplements and vitamins
    • Healthy lifestyle habits and exercise tips such as resistance training and muscle goals

Cost

The cost is approximately $50 per class for self-pay and will begin June 1, 2026 on every Monday at 5:30 pm and Friday at noon.
