When Kimberly Beachy developed gestational diabetes, she kept the disease under control by eating well and managing a physically demanding job. Then her daughter Claire was born 12 weeks early. The newborn stayed in a neonatal intensive care unit for a month and a half with her mother by her side.

Over the past two weeks, Goshen Physicians has been cautiously reopening operations in phases. Effective May 20, Goshen Physicians will reopen all offices.

Goshen Health will move its Human Resources Department into the new Pro Park One building at 2120 South Main Street on May 19. Over the next couple of weeks, they’ll be joined by Goshen Hospital Finance, Patient Financial Services and Colleague Education.

As permitted by Governor Holcomb’s 5-Step Plan to open up businesses in Indiana, effective today, Goshen Home Medical reopened its showroom by appointment only.

Board certified Djavid Hadian, MD, has joined Goshen Heart & Vascular’s team full time. As of May 1, he spends four days a week performing procedures in Goshen Hospital’s electrophysiology lab to diagnose and treat an array of irregular heart rhythms like atrial fibrillation and implanting and managing intracardiac electronic devices. He continues to see patients Fridays at his previous office, 16605 St. Rd. 23, South Bend.
