    Julia Freeze, MD, is a primary care provider at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone. As a primary care physician who practices general medicine for individuals of all ages and in all stages of life, Dr. Freeze places significant value on chronic disease management and preventive medicine in addition to being available to help her patients with more urgent needs. For patients who require complex specialist care, Dr. Freeze considers herself to be a mediator between her patients and other providers within the health care system.

    As a primary care physician, Dr. Freeze places the highest value on building relationships. Her goal is for patients to feel comfortable sharing those aspects of their lives that may have an impact on their health, existing chronic conditions or their ability to comply with medical recommendations.     Dr. Brian Miller is a family medicine physician with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone. He provides complete care for the entire family, from newborns and adolescents to young adults and older generations. Dr. Miller has a special interest in preventive care and helping patients take care of their overall health.
     
    When Dr. Miller is away from his medical practice, you can find him outdoors on a hike with his two children, out for a run or pedaling his bike along area trails.

    Biography

    Anne Love, MSN, FNP, works together with providers at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone to ensure that every patient seen receives the high-quality, individualized care they deserve. Seeing patients of all ages, she is trained in diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness with an emphasis on disease prevention and wellness promotion. In addition, she orders and interprets diagnostic testing, following up with both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment plans. Prior to joining Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Keystone she worked as a resident nurse in intensive care, progressive care, oncology, medical/surgical and the emergency department at Goshen Hospital. Anne earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. In recognition of her outstanding academic achievements, she was selected to join Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Anne resides with her family near the community of Goshen, Indiana, where she enjoys reading, writing, blogging, photography, genealogy, and church activities.

    Biography

    Angie Mattern is a board certified family nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Keystone. Prior to her becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse in family practice, emergency and mental health. Angie’s focus is health promotion and disease prevention through evidence based practice.
     

    She aims to develop a practice with a focus on health maintenance, risk reduction and disease prevention. She works to improve the health of the community by organizing and participating in community outreach programs that educate patients through events such as health fairs, diabetic screenings, pap-a-thons, immunization clinics, etc. She also participates in foreign and local medical mission programs providing quality care to the underserved populations.

    Angie enjoys developing relationships with patients and their families to provide an individualized plan of care. She spends quality time with her patients to understand their concerns and identify ways to provide them with exceptional care. Angie is passionate about preventive care and therefore provides screening assessments and education to all of her patients on a regular basis. She believes in a holistic approach to health care that addresses emotional, physical, social and spiritual care. The goal of her practice is to provide integrated patient care in the family practice setting, to empower the individual to achieve wellness.
