    Kerry Keaffaber, MD, is a board certified physician of family medicine and specialist in geriatric medicine. He has practiced medicine in the community for over 25 years. As a primary care physician with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Shipshewana, he takes care of everyone in the family, from newborns to senior citizens. He provides all types of medical care, from routine exams, immunizations and vaccinations to vital health screenings and biopsies, as well as treatment for minor wounds and everyday colds and flu.

    T. Anthony Pechin, MD, is a board certified family practice physician with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Shipshewana. For over 25 years, Dr. Pechin has provided medical care for all members of the family, from newborn to the elderly. He treats all types of acute illnesses and chronic conditions, including high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. He also performs minor surgeries and procedures in his office, including vasectomies and circumcisions, as well as treatment for minor wounds, fractures and skin conditions. Many patients know Dr. Pechin for his service as the head of the LaGrange County Health Offices and as medical director of the Life Care Center in LaGrange, IN. In his free time, Dr. Pechin enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his two sons and grandchildren.

    Mallory Grossman, FNP, MSN, BSN, RN, is a board certified family nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Shipshewana. She works closely with a team of doctors and medical providers to assess, diagnose and treat patients of all ages. She also provides patient and family education to improve overall health and well-being.
