Larry Allen, MD, is a board certified primary care physician who practices at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Syracuse. With extensive experience in family medicine, he is dedicated to improving the health of our community by providing expert medical care for people of all ages. He has practiced medicine in the community since 1994 and serves as the chief medical executive of Goshen Health. In this role, he has led Goshen Health in adopting population health initiatives to lower costs, deliver quality care, invest in prevention and measure the results. His personal interests include caring for the underserved populations through medical mission trips and international travel. He has traveled to Bolivia, Cameroon, Nicaragua and the Congo to provide medical care. He also enjoys both water and snow skiing.
Dr. Allen believes that everyone deserves competent, compassionate health care. A good relationship based on trust and respect is what he strives for with all of his patients.

Abrar Raza Sayeed, MD, specializes in cardiology at the Goshen Heart and Vascular Center. As a cardiologist, he provides both inpatient and outpatient care at the center. Dr. Sayeed performs many different tests and procedures to both diagnose and treat patients.

Dr. Matthew Wells practices family medicine at Goshen Physicians Family Medicine in Syracuse. He provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to senior citizens and everyone in-between. Dr. Wells brings an element of fun to his work as he empowers, educates and advocates for patients. Conditions he treats range from hypertension and diabetes to acute illnesses and injuries. Family comes first for Dr. Wells in his personal life. The highlight of his day is sharing time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys running, trying local eateries and cheering on college football teams.
Listening is the most important factor in Dr. Wells’ approach to care. He believes each time he is with a patient gives him an opportunity to learn and connect with them. Falon Kuhn is a certified family nurse practitioner with Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Syracuse. In addition to wellness exams and physicals, Falon helps patients manage chronic conditions including high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
