The physician or patient may schedule an appointment by calling between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. weekdays. Depending upon the type of test, imaging services may be performed at Goshen Hospital, Goshen Retreat Women's Health Center or the Outpatient Imaging Center on the retreat campus. The ordering physician will need to include the ICD-10 codes on the form completed.
