We know immediate access to medical care can make all the difference. Our urgent care providers can care for those urgent, non-emergency needs when your primary care provider is unavailable.

Whether you have a cold, the flu or another common illness, you can get immediate, professional care at our clinic. We even take care of minor injuries—like cuts, sprains and abrasions. 

Providers care for all patients three months old and beyond—from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Virtual Visits

At Urgent Care Goshen Physicians, we’re committed to making exceptional care more accessible, wherever you are. Our Urgent Care virtual visits offer a convenient way to connect with our trusted providers for non-emergency medical needs, all from the comfort of your home.

What We Treat

Virtual visits are ideal for common, minor conditions such as:

  • Rash or skin irritation
  • Pink Eye
  • Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Cat scratches
  • Cold and flu symptoms (cough, congestion, fever, etc.)

What to Expect

During your virtual visit, our providers will listen closely and ask questions to fully understand your symptoms. If further evaluation or testing is needed, you may be asked to come into the clinic. In such cases, you’ll only be charged for the in-person visit.

Hours of Availability

We offer limited virtual appointment time blocks Monday – Friday at:

  • 11:00 a.m.
  • 2:00 p.m.
  • 4:00 p.m.
  • 6:00 p.m.

Location Requirements and Virtual Visit FAQs

Patients must be located within Indiana to access virtual care, with proximity to the clinic preferred in case an in-person follow-up is needed. Appointments are required and can be scheduled through the clinic’s website.

Prescriptions may be provided during virtual visits when appropriate, but lab orders require an in-person evaluation. Care is delivered by experienced providers based on availability, ensuring compassionate and timely service from our trusted team.
