Goshen Center for Cancer Care was honored to serve as the title sponsor for the 2025 Ribbon of Hope Golf Outing, held at Maplecrest Country Club. The event brought together over 100 golfers for a day filled with fun, community, and generosity—all to support Ribbon of Hope’s mission of providing free, non-medical services to cancer patients and their families.

Goshen Health and Goshen Center for Cancer Care were proud to be represented by two teams of golfers, joining dozens of others on the course to raise awareness and support for those navigating the cancer journey. Our Colleagues enjoyed participating in the day’s activities, including a friendly putting contest, a delicious cookout with burgers and brats, and the chance to show our shared commitment to compassionate care.

A highlight of the day included the debut of the Jason Obendorf Memorial Traveling Golf Trophy, presented in partnership with ObeCo Inc. of Elkhart. Congratulations to this year’s winning team—Brett Baranic, Kyle Park, Ethan Mast, and Matt Schrock—for their impressive -16 score and for taking home the inaugural trophy.

Ribbon of Hope plays a vital role in our community by offering personalized emotional and spiritual support for adult cancer patients, caregivers, and families—completely free of charge. Services include:

  • Encouragement notes
