    Dr. Christopher Owens is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. He serves as the medical director at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He has extensive experience and fellowship training in orthopedic sports medicine to thoroughly diagnose and treat his patients’ pain or injury. He has provided medical team coverage for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, minor league baseball’s Charlotte Knights and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Davidson College. Dr. Owens has been the team physician for Concord High School since 2014 and also serves as an orthopedic consultant for Goshen High School.

    Dr. Owens believes that quality health care involves determining how all aspects of a person’s life impact his or her health. He approaches each patient with deep personal commitment, building a relationship based on compassion and honesty that helps him provide everyone with the best possible care.     Dr. Arjuna Cuddeback is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He assesses and treats a full spectrum of musculoskeletal disorders ranging from arthritis to work and sports injuries, as well as fractures. He also has advanced training in lower extremity trauma and adult foot and ankle reconstruction.

    His ultimate goal for his patients is a successful return to work, sports or a desired level of physical activity. A former semi-professional soccer player, Dr. Cuddeback is passionate about physical fitness and sports. He was captain of his university men’s club soccer team, has coached a girls’ high school soccer team and been assistant coach for a men’s varsity soccer team during medical school. In his free time, he also enjoys carpentry, traveling, music and movies.

    Regardless of whether a patient’s pain or injury requires conservative, non-operative intervention or a surgical procedure, Dr. Cuddeback tailors his treatment plan to best fit each patient and his or her lifestyle.     Dr. Nicholas DeFauw is a board certified primary care sports medicine doctor. With advanced training in family medicine and a fellowship in sports medicine, he plays an important nonsurgical role on the care team at Goshen Physician Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Dr. DeFauw treats patients of all ages, from young athletes and adult exercise enthusiasts to weekend warriors and others with muscle or bone injuries or pain.

    From football, hockey and soccer to cycling and bull riding, Dr. DeFauw knows his way around treatment and prevention of illness and sports injuries. He appreciates opportunities to serve as a team physician or medical director for high school athletes, national sports leagues and conferences.

    Dr. DeFauw also is a strong advocate of advancing the education of future leaders in sports medicine. He has served as the medical director for a sports medicine fellowship program and as a faculty member for health systems in Wisconsin and Texas.

    Dr. Robert Hill is a board certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist with Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He is fellowship trained in anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Hill specializes in treating patients with conditions that affect the bones of the spine, including degenerative spine disease, herniated discs, stenosis and fractured vertebrae.

    Dr. Hill combines interventions, medication and physical therapy to help patients with chronic pain regain control of their lives and keep their independence.

    Prior to joining the orthopedics team, Dr. Hill treated patients at the former Goshen Physicians Pain Management office in Keystone Square.

    Dr. Kevin Houseman is a podiatrist with Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Dr. Houseman is certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®. Nearly a decade of education, training and private practice have advanced his proficiency in diagnosing and treating diseases, deformities, disorders and traumatic injuries of the foot and ankle.

    A leader in wound care, Dr. Houseman has extensive experience providing diabetic wound care and limb preservation. His comprehensive approach to wound management includes coordination of hyperbaric oxygen therapy at Goshen Wound Clinic to accelerate healing of chronic wounds.

    Dr. Houseman’s clinical experience has taken him from outpatient and inpatient settings to the emergency room and surgery center. The broad range of conditions he treats include toenail conditions, fractures, sprains, strains and tendonitis of the foot and ankle. Dr. Houseman also provides care for plantar fasciitis, flat foot pain, bunions and hammertoes.

    Dr. David C. Koronkiewicz is a board certified orthopedic surgeon at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. He specializes in joint replacement surgery, sports medicine, arthritic conditions and general orthopedic problems, including the care and treatment of fractures.

    Before joining Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Dr. Koronkiewicz was a key provider for North Central Orthopedics, a successful practice in Goshen, IN. He also served his country in the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps as a staff orthopedist, physician advisor and clinical preceptor at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. During his service, he was promoted to Major and received the Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service.

    When he is not busy with his medical commitments, Dr. Koronkiewicz is extremely active in the community. He was the team physician for Goshen High School for more than 19 years and is a member of the high school’s Dollars for Scholars Fund Raising Committee. He also served as the Medical Director of Quality at Goshen Hospital.

    Lindsay Neff is a certified orthopedic nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Before joining the team, Lindsay spent several years as a nurse who focused primarily on orthopedic and spinal care, in addition to treating other surgical and general medical patients. As a registered nurse at Goshen Hospital, she served six months on a committee assembled to assess and, ultimately, redevelop the nursing model for the hospital.

    Lindsay earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. In 2009, she received a Patient Choice Award at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, in recognition of her outstanding dedication to patient care. Since then, she has been selected to join the Honor Society at Ball State University, as well as Phi Kappa Phi, one of the nation’s premier honor societies for academic excellence.

    Kirby Wilcoxson is a certified nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. She collaborates with the orthopedic surgeons in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries ranging from arthritis to fracture care. Although orthopedics is her specialty, she is a certified family nurse practitioner and is qualified to treat illnesses along the spectrum of primary care from infancy to the advanced-aging population.
